  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

Q: I have an existing cabinet with an opening that's only 17.75" wide. Can this dishwasher be used without making the opening wider?

A: Hi there, valued customer! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your inquiry. The enclosure must be at least 17.7 inches wide 23 inches deep and 32.5 inches high. For the front door of the dishwasher to be flush with the leading edge of the countertop, the countertop must be at least 23 inches deep. - Jessica

Q: When this this model is raised from the low 32.5" height to 35", is that done via the leveling legs, and if so, what masks the gap at the floor?

A: The metal trim that comes with the dishwasher will cover the gap. However, I found it still needed a piece of 3/4" trim above the unit. If possible, I'd recommend a 1 1/2" trim above and not crank the legs to their maximum.

Q: 1. How much water does each cycle use? 2. What comes in the box?

A: Thank you for reaching out to us, Bobb! This dishwasher uses 4.9 gallons of water. The installation guide provides a list of materials that come with the appliance, and can be supplied using the following link: https://content.syndigo.com/asset/01eb6681-9d93-4845-8a09-cdb856fe9f15/original.pdf We hope this information was helpful to you. - Damon

Q: Do I need to buy any additional equipment or kits for installation, or does this unit come with everything I need for set up? I’m thinking specifically of the hose that connects the dishwasher to the disposal/plumbing.

A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out. The dishwasher will come with the necessary accessories to complete the installation. The delivery team will reach out to you before delivery. You can always confirm with them as well! Thank you, Christy

Q: Should the dishwasher be flush with cabinets or should it stick out an inch or so? My countertop overhangs the cabinets by at least an inch.

A: Great question, Rudy! For the front door of the dishwasher to be flush with the leading edge of the countertop, the countertop must be at least 23 inches deep. If not it, may stick out about an inch or so. -Ciara

Q: is it a gloss black or flat black finish?

A: Hey, mort! This model dishwasher has a flat black finish. ~Courtney

Q: is the finish a gloss black, flat black and is it a smooth or textured finish?

A: Hey, mort! This model dishwasher has a smooth finish. ~Courtney

    Perfect fit

Absolutely love this dishwasher! Fits perfectly in my tiny kitchen and plenty of room for pots and pans. I love the multi choice options for loads, and a time saver option also.

Clean dishes but some design problems

The dishes come out clean and dry but I don't like the interior design as it doesn't hold as many dishes as my previous apartment size dishwasher and the display is almost impossible to read. The only thing that lights up when you push the start button is how many minutes for the load to finish.

    Don't love it

It's a lot louder than I expected and I really don't like the rack configurations. In my old dishwasher, I could put any dish anywhere. This one you have to put what is intended for that section. For example, some of the pegs are so close together and angled in a way that you can't use them for much other than plates. Dishes get clean but heated dry still leaves them soaking wet.
