Frigidaire - 24" Built-In Dishwasher - Black stainless steel

First we waited over a month to get it delivered. We got it delivered and to my surprise when i opened it, it had alot of water residue inside. Looked like it had been used right before it was delivered to us. Didn’t give it alot of thought at that moment. Everything looked new and didn’t seam like nothing abnormal, except all that water. Didn’t think about taking it back or calling best buy. After over a month of using it, we are getting all this water residue evertime we used it. We had an older model before this one and we never had this problem. Not happy with this product, I’m to a point that I will contact Frigidaire and see if this is normal or not. Unfortunately is too late for me to take it back.

Unit works as advertised. Looks high end. My only gripe is they list it as having stainless steel interior but its clearly plastic. Otherwise wait for a sale before buying

Not working straight out of the box. Multiple issues. Minor issue concerning skirt broken out of box. Major issue to it severely spewing water all over my new laminate floors upon immediate installation test. Factory installed parts faulty. Checked multiple fitting beneath after uninstalling, and reinstalled thinking it was a part just wasn’t snapped in all the way, test again, no pumping but has power and all connection are good. Went through this with a fine tooth comb, still a failure product. Far less than happy. 20 miles to my local store to return, if they even will. Was told Frigidaire could send a technician out, there could be a charge. Uh....this is brand new. Am I missing something.

Only have had for a couple of weeks, but so far it's been a great dishwasher, with 9 people in the house it's run daily.

ITS PRETTY NEAT, NEVER HAD A DISHWASHER BEFORE AS IM USED TO WASHING MY DISHES. I FORGET I HAVE IT SOMETIMES LOL

The dishwasher looks good with our other appliances. We installed it ourselves. There seems to be a lot of room it.

I purchased this dishwasher to match my Frigidaire gas range and refrigerator (which I love both of them). However not happy at all with the dishwasher. I’ve tried drying on heat and air but still the dishes are wet and some dishes have water puddled on then if there’s a lip or ledge on the item. If I use the Power Wash and select sanitize, the long cycle and extreme heat helps the drying a little but not very energy efficient to use this wash selection. I will be replacing this with another brand.
