- A:Answer Ours doesn’t dry great on larger loads. If you did a smaller load you’d probably see better results

Q: QuestionI have a ffbd2408nw serial th81498371, purchased 5/30/2018, is it still under warranty? The door will not shut and I think it is the latch....

- A:Answer Check the "fit" of the machine into the cabinet opening, I had to adjust it a couple times to get it right, since there isn't a 'handle,' but rather a slot, it needs to protrude a little so that you can ensure you close the door all the way by pushing it into place - I don't like it any more than you do - I'd go as far as saying a design flaw.
