very energy efficient ac unit. have remote control and cool and easy to pull the filter out to clean. also have only fan feature. great unit and cheap.

I bought this in May 2017 online based on sale price, brand name and the generally good reviews. I just hooked it up last week in my sons room when it started to get warm. Cools the room (15 x 10 approx) great and some of the back of my house. It was a very easy install. What was also nice was the comprehensive window kit it came with. Now for the in store vs online experience feedback- I found out the week after it was purchased it was on sale for -$10 less when I was in store but the service desk was unable to process me a $10 difference because I had bought in online. I also contacted customer service via online but never heard back. While I am rating the product 5 stars which it deserves at this point, I would rate my purchase experience lower. Best Buy, if you are reading this, please followup with me. Thanks
