Price is great. Unit functioning well and extremely quietly but its only been two weeks. Unit looks good. Wish they had a towel bar handle instead to have a more modern look. Hope the temperature will hold well. We have not tested the temps in either zones to verify yet. But wine is cold. We use it as under cabinet because we have 2 inch clearance on each side. Overall very happy with the function, aesthetics and price. Best Buy sent the first unit all banged up. Return pick up took forever and half a dozen calls.

Good capacity but really only fits standard wine bottles and even these can be a tight fit. Pretty quiet unit ... we don't hear it most of the time. Holds temp well. One quirk ... upper zone can get colder than lower.
Overall, a good first time wine fridge.

To start, this is a solid wine cooler to keep your "daily drinkers" in (I will explain that more below), and for the money and overall quality, it is a good buy. However, it does have two serious shortcomings (one is a major design flaw) that, had I understood, I would not have bought this unit. I was replacing a higher end Vinotemp unit that died after 15 years. The POSITIVES here are the price, the looks, and the overall storage. This is rated as a 38 bottle cooler, but I just got 45 bottles into it by placing 3 bottles, corks forward, on the back of the racks, and then 4 bottles, punt forward, in front. That is 7 bottles per rack for the top 5 racks. I was able to fit 5 per rack in the bottom two rows, where the shelves are not as deep, for a total of 45 bottles. The bottom two racks are actually one piece, which easily slides out of the cooler in case you wanted to store something else down there. But, that bottom rack unit is not as deep as the top 5 racks, so the only option is side by side storage, which is no big deal. The bottom line is, you can get up to 45 bottles in this cooler, depending on the bottles.
There are two major down sides to this cooler is, which I did not realize before purchasing. I wish I had read some other reviews and paid attention. These two issues are why I mentioned that this cooler is best for "daily drinkers". One, the racks are very light weight wood and they do NOT pull out on glides, which makes accessing wine, and easily seeing what you have, a challenge. But, for the money ($399 on sale), perhaps it was unreasonable to expect that. The bigger problem is, which many people have written about, the racks are spaced at barely 3" apart in height. So, traditional Rhone, pinot noir, and even many chardonnay bottles do not fit on the racks. I even had some cabernet and other Bordeaux bottles that did not fit in this cooler. Generally, more expensive wines have larger, thicker bottles, and they might not fit in this cooler. Many of mine didn't. The bottom two shelves are actually one single piece and are removable. The top rack of that piece has slightly more space between it and the shelf above it, so I was able to fit 5 bottles of pinot in there. However, none of my champagne bottles would fit, even on that rack. There ya go... you can fit 5 larger Rhone/pinot bottles in this entire cooler. The rest of my Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigandas, syrahs, pinots, champagne, and a few of the more broad shouldered Bordeaux bottles had to be taken down to our basement storage area, where the racks have more space. That is kind of a pain, but oh well.
Again, this is a solid cooler for what it is, the price is great, and the dual zone feature is fantastic. The build quality is decent, but I am worried about the very light weight wood racks, especially when you have to force a bottle into a space, which flexes them a bit. Just don't expect gliding shelves, and don't expect bottles larger than your average grocery store wines to fit. And even at that, some of those won't. In retrospect, I should have done more research and spent more money to get exactly what I needed, but in this age of lockdowns and uncertainty, I decided to try to save some money. That has resulted in mixed emotions about this cooler.

For the money this is a very quality unit. I like that it's nearly dishwasher size, which makes it easy to build into a kitchen. You could pay 4 or 5 times this amount for a similar sized cooler, but I don't see how it could do a better job at keeping your wine cold. The unit is also very quiet.

Tldr: Aesthetically pleasing, might show up dented, more of a glorified single zone than actual dual zone.

Thing looks great, but similar to other reviews, ours came with a noticeable dent on one of the corners, as well as some damage to the shelf tracks on the inside. With the depth of the cooler, bottles with high shoulders like cabernets might not fit neck to neck and reduce the number of bottles you can fit. Burgundy shaped bottles fit well and can nest between bordeaux shaped bottles. Large diameter bottles like some pinots/bubbles/etc. can be difficult to fit between the racks, however they will fit in the bottom of the fridge if the 2 shelf bottom rack is removed. With that removed, we were even able to stack pinot bottles and fit more than the advertised 38.
Out of the box, the shelves do not slide on the racks. However, the only thing that stops them from doing so is a little block of wood that can be popped off with a screwdriver, and the staples cut with a pair of cutters. The shelves aren't super strong so while this does make them slidable, I'd caution about pulling a fully loaded shelf out too far.
Regarding function, I'd start off by saying it does work - if you plug it in and put wine in it, the wine will get chilled. However, there is a (to me) significant asterisk to include with that: Though advertised as dual zone, only the upper section has a heat exchanger. I guess the theory is the top cools, and fans inside move air around to regulate temperature on top and bottom. After putting thermometers in the fridge and messing with the settings for a few days, I've found the upper level temperature control to be pretty solid. If you set it on the lower end of adjustment, it tends to over cool and get down below 40 F. For the lower zone, even with its temperature setting all the way up, I have yet to find a scenario where the lower zone can keep itself more than 5 F warmer than the upper zone temp. I'm not sure I'm convinced the lower zone set point really does anything at all.
Overall, the thing works, and is on the lower end of price ranges for this size. However in my opinion it doesn't really do what it's advertised to do, and seems like a decent chance that it shows up with dents.

The 38 bottle capacity is perfect for us and we especially like the 2 different temperature settings for red and white wines. The cooler looks nice in our family room and the clear door allows us to see the contents easily.

I picked this up on sale for $299.00. It appears to be a durable and an attractive unit. The wood shelves create a nice look. It will be difficult to fit 38 bottles into this fridge, however that will be the case with any wine refrigerators in this price range if you have Pinot Noirs, Syrahs and other off size 750 ml bottles.
Stay tuned and I will give updates on this models performance.

Nice looking fridge . Temperatures are set at 54 red 45 white. The size of each section is also set ,more room for red then white wine. Fan noise is low but is Audible . The fridge is lockable with keys . The packing box from factory was poor. Very thin cardboard no Styrofoam on either side . I had to return first fridge too many dents bottom of box destroyed. Best Buy took it back at the store no problem .
