I had a front load fridgidare washer n dryer for 12 years I purchased this new model because I thought I could reuse the old pedestals that I paid $500 for of course they made new ones so they would not fit. The old w n dryer worked reasonably well I had extended warranty which I never get, 2 weeks before expiration date the computer Circut board went out, (that was like hitting a royal flush on a video poker machine) fixed for free. I had major problems with delivery. I purchase on Jan 11 washer del Jan 21 dryer del February 2 dryer was not in working order honestly the dryer sounded like someone threw a bunch of empty beer cans inside the drum, the noise was hideous. The delivery guys refused to take the dryer back because they had more deliveries to make. The next guys came out and refused to take the dryer back because the washer was hooked up,WE DONT UN HOOK APPLIANCES. Now we have to go back to the laundry mat which sucks! They said just call Best Buy they will pick it up. Well after dealing with the delivery people (contracted) they didn't show up when scheduled. Called again schedule another pick up no call no show! Now it's been over 3 weeks That was enough we went into Best Buy with video of the dryer and 3 pages of dates n names. They were professional and helpful. They told us to get a frigidare dryer would take 2-3 weeks. We canceled our order and switched to LG the appliance manager made every thing right we got a washer n dryer delivered in 3 days
