This is a very nice microwave convection oven. Functions are easy to understand. Perfect for the holidays when you sometimes need extra oven space

While the microwave is a beautiful addition to our kitchen, stylish and functional I find the controls / keyboard not a touch sensitive as one would imagine or that I've used on other models. Additionally the control panel has few preset functions requiring the user to use the operation instructions to even set the time. Control panel is difficult to use making the input of needed function programming frustrating at times. Unit appears to perform well. The added convection function is a nice feature we really like. Overall this microwave is a great microwave .. the controls are just difficult to use. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. But would not recommend this product to anyone who is not tech savvy.

Been looking at microwaves for sometime. Was looking at another brand with controls on the bottom of the door, but the poor reviews had me rethink this choice. After much investigation decided the look, feel, and reliability of this fit our needs. Looks great & matches our other brand appliances for a sleek overall design. The fan is a tad loud when on high which may be an issue for some, but is not at all bothersome to us. Even cooked an entire casserole at Thanksgiving in this using the convection feature which was splendid. Would buy again.
