I really love the oven, but went from a 40 year old oven to a brand new one so may not be the most objective. It heats well and does not radiate much heat. Pre-heats really fast and has a lot of options. Almost everything is great! The only downside is that the timers / sounds are SUPER loud. It is hard to use the oven if my son is asleep because the noise will wake him up. It's not always a bad thing to have the loud alarm, but I wish I could turn the volume down(if you can I don't know how). The other think that I don't like a ton is that the fan stays on for a long time after the oven has been turned off. I'm sure there is a very good reason, but it seems like a long time. These are real picky things and would not deter me from purchasing this oven. I would recommend this oven to anyone!!!

We purchased this oven to replace the original double wall oven in our house, which was between 40 and 50 years old. This is a fantastic product so far. Each oven has fully independent controls, so you can delay start, time bake, convect bake, quick preheat, keep warm, etc. each oven separately. The quick preheat is great when needed. Some reviews said the fan that cools the computer controls is loud (it runs almost all of the time the oven is on, which is a good thing), but we don't think it's loud - it's just there and we've gotten used to it. (You can feel that fan air when it's running which I think is nice as it circulates the kitchen air, although I could see where it could be right at face height for some people.) You really don't hear the actual convection fan in each oven, or maybe very minimally. The oven is well insulated-- the door is cool to the touch, and you don't feel any heat outside the oven until you open it. Haven't tried the self cleaning yet. It bakes very well -- so far pastries and cookies have turned out great, tater tots / french fries are crisp, and full meals came out well. We used the convection convert feature and it seems to be fairly accurate when using the time bake with convection. It cooks foods quicker and evenly as far as we can tell so far. The oven looks fantastic and doesn't stick out too far from the wall. Large windows and pretty well lit area inside are nice. As far as negatives: the only one thing that seems like some type of manufacturing problem on our specific oven is that any rack in the top position only in the bottom oven is hard to push in or pull out -- it sticks along the sides no matter which rack we try in that one space. (It's fine in the top oven.) The only other thing we notice is the doors won't stay just a couple inches open (like old one used to for broiling). If you want the door to stay open, it has to be open maybe 8" or more to where it stays; although the instructions say not to leave the door open for broiling, so that's a change. We did broil one item and it worked fine with the door closed. So overall we are very pleased with this double oven so far, and with Best Buy for their knowledgable and friendly sales staff, and expertise in helping us pick it out at the store.
