First of all, the whole experience with Best Buy was top notch. As far as the cooktop goes, I am very happy with it but there are a couple of minor things that keep me from giving five stars. The flame adjustment is very tempermental. It is difficult to get them well adjusted. I am still working on that. Second, my old cooktop had a different configuration for the burners. That is simply a personal preference and truth be told, I am getting used to this configuration. All in all, I would give it a 4.5 rating.

Cooktop is desgned to be easily cared for. 4 different burner sizes makes it possible to cook quickly, especially pasta, but also to get a low simmer for sauces, rice and such. Plenty of space on cook top to rest pans from oven.

Only have it a short while due to a delay in the order being filled (which is another story) but like it so far. Lots of heating power and like the posititioning of the jets. Initially was missing the black plates for 2 of the burners but contacted Frigidaire and they sent them. Seems easy to clean.
