Terrible Quality - DONT BUYPosted .No, I would not recommend this to a friend
For a supposed Professional model this leaves much to be desired. The back panel is coated in plastic and if you boil water on the back burners(to keep them away from children) the plastic melts. How on God's great earth can you make a "Professional" oven and not test for this? I should be able to boil water on any burner and not have issues. I planned on having this oven for at least 10-15 years and the warranty is only for 1 year. What happens if there is a full stove and it gets too hot and melts the panel again? The front burner that is supposed to boil water quicker is a farce. Maybe it will boil it quicker under laboratory conditions but not in a normal kitchen. The warming tray is terrible as it does not keep the area warm at all.

Induction is the ONLY way to go!Posted .I would recommend this to a friend
We could not have a gas range, my preferred way of cooking, so we started investigating induction ranges as an alternative to an electric range because electric is impossible to cook on with any control. We had our induction range delivered yesterday and it is FANTASTIC! Control is at least as good as gas with instantaneous heat changes but, induction is much quicker than even a gas range (e.g. ~1/2 gallon of cooking oil from room temperature to 250 degrees in less than 3 minutes). I have but one regret - I bought a hybrid instead of a full induction range. As a person who loves to cook, I am a 100% convert to induction cooking: sorry gas owners!
