This is one of the best scanners out today. The software included was a bit difficult to get adjusted to. It was more advanced than what I needed. I use for business and save all documents to the cloud. The scanner itself blows way past my old ScanSnap model that I had for many years. It is exceptionally quiet & fast. The only issue that I have (I think is a computer issue) is that when I open the cover/turn on the unit, my computer doesn't recognize it & I have to run the Fujitsu restore feature every time. Overall I absolutely love this scanner and would not have any other.

We have plenty of documents and old photos to scan and fujitsu met the requirements. Glad my wife and get rid of lots of hard copies and scan for future reference, if needed.
