If you are a fan of the music that Believer creates, you will most likely be very happy to have them back after a 15 year absence. For the most part the music is exactly what you would expect from Believer; quality, creativity, energy, and excellence. The orchestra elements that were present on previous albums are not repeated here, I would compare the music to "Sanity Obscure" before I would compare it to "Dimensions". There is plenty of heavy guitar sounds, good drumming, and creative riffs in every song. It sounds a tad bit "old", but its Believer and you will appreciate what they can do. If you are a fan of the lyrics Believer is know for and the bold stand they take for their Christian faith, you will be sorely disappointed. If there are any references to God or Christ, they are heavily veiled or abstract. In conclusion, if you are looking for an excellent Christian metal album, well...you got the metal part anyway. I consider this a very good album and it will get many plays at my house, but part of me says it just not Believer without the faith element.
