The color and style of the fridge was awesome! This was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient; unfortunately, it arrived damaged with a dent in the side. Since it was a gift and the dent was on side, my brother did not want to tell me so was going to keep the fridge. But then it did not work - it was not cooling the items in the fridge and the freezer seal was not tight. We contacted Best Buy and was instructed to take the fridge to UPS Store or a Best Buy location. We took to Best Buy and was not fully refunded. After contacting customer service they adjusted the difference in tax but not the shipping charges. Very disappointing experience.
