A: The Index Scale will sync to your Garmin Connect account. Once your user profile is updated, this information will sync to your Garmin wearable.
A: I don't know if you step on the scale will the numbers be on the phone moving at the same time. You weight is sent to the phone are the app right away I have gotten of the scale and checked the phone and the weight war there so it is fast and right away.
