Overall really happy with the purchase. Looks great and not as big as I was expecting which is a big plus. Battery life is awesome, still getting to grips with the power modes to really push it out but really impressed so far. I got the full 14 days without recharging. Solar is great, I added a screen protector and with no impact on the solar. I heard a lot of negative reviews on the surf functionality but I have had no issues and the data I can now see is great. GPS works great and wave count seems spot on. Treadmill sync is awesome, far better than I have been able to get before. Outdoor running gps is really accurate and heart rate is as accurate as it can be on the wrist. Lap swimming is really accurate too. Only downsides so far are: no heart rate on swimming, open water swim gps is a little spotty but that might be because I’m not doing everything front crawl yet and the watch ends up being in the water too long. I would recommend this watch in an instant if you are looking for more workout data. If you don’t surf, the extra money on top of the regular instinct solar isn’t worth it. Really happy so far but so much more to explore with it too.

I bought this to help me track my health. It has been amazing. It’s lightweight, I get alerts all day and the battery life is just about two to three weeks. I charge once a week because that’s just me but it will go longer than that. I sleep with it on as well to track sleep patterns. So far so good. A really good watch. Also I use it to track workouts and see messages ahead of time.
