      As mentioned, you do have to charge the battery on the vívosmart HR. Depending on usage, the battery can last up to 5 days on a full charge.

      If your phone is listed as compatible, verify that Garmin Connect Mobile, the phone's operating software, and vívosmart HR software are up to date.
