We are super stocked to have Sonic ice in our Lake House, and so are our guests, My none handy hubby was able to install it into our old existing hookup. It does however, suck that for the money you pay it does not come with a more appealing front door. If it was not sitting in our laundry room, I’d pay the extra but I am not! Therefore, it’s only betting 4 stars.

Have always wanted to have a nugget ice maker for entertaining and just for me! Finally gave in and splurged and paid the exorbitant price! Imagine my shock when it was delivered and realized it did not come with front door cover. That kit was $300 additional. I found humor in my the fact that it came with an ice scoop but not a door (sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying)
