After seaching for weeks for a dishwasher that would fit our space, which is slightly shorter in height (floor to countertop) than the average dishwasher we found this great GE. It is perfect in every way: fits nicely in the space, looks sleek with the hidden digital controls, is very quiet, and most importantly, cleans and shines the dishes, glassware, pans and utensils to perfection and dries perfectly, too. It can be set to start later with delay-start, and it has 7 cycles to choose from including sanitize and glasses. Slightly smaller capacity inside is great for singles, couples or smaller families. We are very happy with it - a great dishwasher which solved our space-problem!

I bought this to go under some 1970's countertops that are shorter than the ones that are common today. The dishwasher fixes that issue, and it also cleans and dries very well with no complaints, but it is also very small depth-wise...it's like only 3/4 or so of a normal dishwasher. Be aware if you are trying to solve a height problem.
