Q: I like this model. Does this washer machine have a pole inside in the middle? As the older models?
A: It doesn't have an agitator and the basket is very large
A: Hello Jan - Thank you for the excellent question. With the lid up, the washer will not fill. The unit uses auto-fill which senses the size of the load and adds water accordingly. To add water, press the Deep Fill button to add 3 gallons of water or hold the button to achieve the maximum fill level. Using the Stain Removal guide will also add water, soak, and agitate the load according to the type of stain selected. - JB

Q: No power cord? are you kidding
A: Hi cass, thanks for reaching out! We'd like to clear this up for you. With the exception of electric unitized washer/dryer units, washers are factory equipped with power cords. Washers should be plugged directly into a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. For safety, we don't recommend using an extension cord or adapter plug with this appliance. Q: WHAT IS THE DEPTH OF THE STAINLESS STEEL TUB?
A: 20 inches. This can hold two huge comforters nicely.
