I don’t know if mine have problem but don’t clean the clothes.... the water is too little the detergent doesn’t go down and even when the process is done.. I don’t know I’m not satisfied at all with my purchase and I’m trying to call the company to see how they can replace it or fix it or something. Don’t buy it

This washer is ok. It took a few washes to figure what settings are best for my specific household. Settings must to be set to heavy towels prewash, max spin, heavy soil & extra water if you want your clothes to be clean so a wash takes a minimum of one and one half hour. None of the other settings are of use if you have dirty kids clothing. This machine has cycles of just soaking so gentle cleaning not useful for soiled clothes. There is option to soak or prewash cycles if needed. Powdered detergents do not dissolve in this wash leaving a residue especially on dark clothes. You’ll need to have a step handy if you are shorter than 5 ft 5 because you will not be able to reach the bottom of this washer because it’s very deep. The machine will shut down if load is too heavy or unbalanced during washing, so you would have to start long wash all over again since there aren’t any options to resume cycle without restarting and rebalancing the entire wash. It does not drain if too many towels (so no more than 5 towels in addition to regular clothing) but you can resolve by adding drain & spin cycle after. You have to be careful not to open lid without checking digital display reading lid locked or plastic lock latch would be damaged. This washer is a good choice only you’re willing to pay more if you like the fancy digital settings with the millions of options which were of no use to my particular household of messy kids. I had to purchase this because everything was on backorder. It’s a quiet washer, looks nice with the glass top. The plus side is that you can fit large blankets or bedding.

Customers are enthusiastic about the large capacity, clean washes, and quiet operation of this 5.2 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer. Many appreciate its ease of use and the size of the machine. However, some customers note that the washer's depth can make retrieving clothes difficult, and that the spin cycle may be loud or cause the machine to become unbalanced. The balance feature is also a point of concern for some users.
