1 When it loses power not found by Alexa. Have to go through process to resymc with Alexa. And rename device each time 2 device is too big and fits over both outlets so you cannot use the other plug.

Hi there, This dimmer needed a zigbee hub (whatever that is) and can't be controlled with just an app like the other smart gadgets I've got. It does have an on/off mode, but won't dim without the zigbee, so it can't do the only thing I bought it for. I returned it.

This plug-in smart dimmer light switch was purchased to work with my TWC security system and it Rocks! This thing was very easy to remove from the box, plug into an outlet, setup, and then worked great.
