I use this surge protector on a daily basis. I learned my lesson a few years ago ... my local power company was doing work in my neighborhood and my Surface Pro laptop got fried. Now I always use a surge protector to charge my watch, phone, ect. The GE outlet is small and nice looking and is a good value.

Placed in the kitchen to charge phone and use with small appliances. Love that it indicates when the phone is fully charged by lighted blue color. Phone sits on top of unit nicely, off the counter. Great for charging portable charger, also!
