A: Hello - we’re sorry to hear that you’re having this issue and would love to share some tips that will help. A possible cause is that a fuse is blown, or a circuit breaker is tripped. In this case, the dryer may tumble but not heat. Check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers. Your dryer may tumble if only one fuse is blown, or one breaker tripped. -- Another possible cause is that the “No Heat” temperature is selected - make sure to select a heat setting. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed. A: It does not come with a cord. The installer said because they don’t know if you have a 3 or 4 prong connection.
Q: Which is the right power cord for the dryer
A: A power cord is not provided with this dryer and must be purchased separately. It must be an UL rated 120/240 Volt, 30 Amp cord with 3 or 4 prongs. For a list of compatible power cords, see page 8 of the Installation Instructions, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. Q: How do you connect the dryer to WiFi?
A: There is a WiFi button on the machine you just hold it down. Make sure you download the smart HQ app. It will walk you through on how to connect it.

Received it yesterday 1/9/24 and I love it. We were so behind on laundry because we didn’t have a washer and dryer for a few weeks. I’ve been able to catch up in just one day because the large capacity is amazing. Easy to use and sleek design. It is a bit noisy like others have mentioned but for us it’s not a problem as we have a door on our laundry room. We are thrilled to have such a nice set.

Beautiful but not as strong as I thought
I like it. It’s a large capacity dryer. But even with a light load, it takes longer to fully dry. If you have a large load, it will be over an hour and a half at minimum to fully dry everything. And depending on what is in your laundry, it will take longer … jeans, hoodies etc.
