Very disappointed!
|Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Pros mentioned:UtensilsNo, I would not recommend this to a friendIt's very hard to write this negative review on a GE product and Best Buy because I've been a loyal customer to both but this purchase really disappointed. In the overview section of this dishwasher, the features are listed. I purchased this dishwasher (for our Lakehouse) for some of those features with the most important being the Dedicated Silverware Jets. Unfortunately, this dishwasher is misrepresented on this site because it Does Not come with this feature. If you look at the features of other GE dishwashers, many do not list having the Silverware Jets. I specifically bought this dishwasher for that feature as I already own one. This is very much misleading on the Best Buy website. So disappointing. Would not recommend this product if someone is looking for that feature.

Asked by jack.
- A:Answer Hi jack, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question. The water supply line may enter from the rear, either side or from the floor. Please check page 5 for more detailed instructions. https://files.bbystatic.com/4hVkhLouucufMH5qmHi%2FQg%3D%3D/05f363b3-c107-4fe2-8d6f-d1ac59d883bc.pdf. Q: QuestionI bought this dishwasher and to wash the top and bottom racks it seems like the cycle takes 3 hours. I think that is insanely long. Do I have it on a wrong setting?
Asked by Pam.
- A:Answer Hello Pam - Congratulations on the new dishwasher. This is an excellent choice and we'll be happy to help with it. Depending on the cycle you have selected, the cycle times can vary greatly. A heavy wash with extra settings such as dry or sanitize could get close to 3 hour run time. A normal setting with no extra options will average around 90 minutes. For shorter wash times, select a 1 hour wash cycle or run the unit 1 zone at a time as needed. Keep in touch! - John@GEA

Q: QuestionHow long does an average wash take? Does the washer have sensor wash or water soil sensor? Thanks, Lisa
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hello Lisa, We appreciate you reaching out and are happy to help answer your questions. This dishwasher does have a turbidity sensor, which detects how much soil is on the dishes. The cycle times can be found on page 7 of the owner's manual. https://files.bbystatic.com/Nk6RvUDwj1kY1EgmP8km1g%3D%3D/2c9afd40-ba6b-4328-8f34-008c8b2670a4.pdf. We hope this information is helpful. Q: QuestionHow to you it to wash the bowls?Which key do I press?
Asked by Yuna.
- A:Answer Hi Yuna - Thanks for choosing GE! Selecting either the Upper or Lower Wash Zones will target dishwashing of just one rack. This will shorten the cycle time and conserve energy. This option should be used when dishes are placed in only one rack. If you are just wanting to wash bowls loaded in the top rack, select Upper Wash Zone. We suggest viewing cycle options and descriptions on pages 5-7 of the Use and Care Manual at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55122-4.PDF - Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. We are always eager to help! Sue
