Product was horribly packaged. The stand attached to the monitor poked holes through the sides of the box during shipping, and they were heavily dented as a result. The lcd panel itself was cracked upon arrival as well. I Do not recommend buying a refurbished monitor from best buy ever

I purchased this for $350 and I asked the Geek Squad for a warranty. They said they don't provide warranties for this product. How can you do a Geek Squad guarantee and then not provide a warranty? On top of that, there is only a fourteen day warranty. Guess who just had lines show up on his screen 5 days after his 14 day warranty expired? This guy. Pretty disappointing experience especially when everything else i have purchased from BB has been Open Box. I'm taking my screen in and seeing if Geek Squad will do anything but I have my doubts. If that was too long, then in short if you want to waste $350 then I highly recommend purchasing this REFURBISHED monitor that will break on you within the month.

I unfortunately missed the return period on this refurbished monitor. It is missing pieces and cannot be used with the stand. Beware buying refurbished items.
