The Gen 3 flex thus far has exceeded my expectations, and I was just as pleased with purchasing my 1st e-bike at Best Buy. Paul Amato was excellent as usual in informing me when it would be arriving and the packaging was dent free. This is an excellent 1st e-bike and setup was relatively easy…. Battery life has not been fully tested but the speed & pedal assist are perfect for 1st time buyers….I highly recommend the Flex and this purchase at Best Buy

Super fun to ride and provides a great workout. Battery life is awesome on this thing and the motor provides more than enough power to get you rolling. I did replace the seat as the one that came with it was uncomfortable but I know seats are down to personal preference so I won’t ding them on that. Overall build quality seems to be top notch
