I purchased this to replace an aging desktop. I assumed I would plug in my monitor, keyboard and mouse and be ready to go. Not the case at all. They don't tell you this on the website but you need to add a hard drive, RAM and an operating system. Nothing wrong with selling something like that but they should not have it in the same category as other desktops that have those things included. In the same price range are mostly (refurbished) desktops with Windows, a hard drive and memory. The product I purchased should be classified under parts or components or INCOMPLETE DESKTOP.
