- A:Answer The GoFit Padded Ankle Weights come in 2 different weights. The 5LB ankle weights are a pair of ankle weights with 2.5Lbs for each ankle. Each ankle strap contains 10 bars weighing .25Lb each. The 10LB is 5lb per ankle. Each ankle strap contains 10 bars weighing .45Lbs each. Both styles are hook & loop strap closures.
