I love my phone. So much more data is held on it. Pictures are wonderful. Look at movie on it. An iPhone without the expense. Best phone yet. And the most important part is that I can have two phone numbers on this phone. One for work and one for home, without carrying two phones.

I completely understood that this was a refurbished phone, but the specs also listed that it would come with the charger/cable, quick switch tool and SIM tool. So far the phone is working and no issues; however it did not come with ANY of the advertised accessories. I only received a 3rd party charger that will not work with the phone. Best Buy will NOT honor the order to send me any of the accessories; the only option I was given was to RETURN the phone.

My worst purchase ever! The cell phone was Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. Took several days to charge; kept turning off for no reason; screen went dark often. The last catastrophe was that it kept calling 911 and wouldn't turn off. The State Police had to do a wellness check. I was advised to leave it outdoors until the battery ran out. I called Best Buy customer service but the order was 2 days over return date. My loss - no cell phone and less $300.
