When I downloaded the Apple quicktime player and the Gopro app Things went from ok to WOW. I started playing with editing. cropping and slow motion with the video feed and mixing things up. I then started working on my bike routs and safety gear (which is why I bought the gopro in the first place) and it wasn't long I was able to show just how bad Portland Oregon drivers are and how unsafe it is for us right now on some of the busy streets. The Gopro hero 4 has been one of the best tools that I've purchased for my daily cycling. If someone runs me over at least we know who to look for. Thanks Gopro. Ride safe everyone

Setup is easy, and even easier if you pair it with a phone and work it remotely. Really I think the only think I'm not sure I care for is that you can't have a spare battery what it has is all you get, but so far it's not a problem my flight time is only 15 to 20 minutes, so I'm really not even sure how long the battery will last in it.

It is small enough to slip in your pocket and durable enough to withstand even the most extreme sports. The only drawback I would say is low FPS if you are looking to do slow motion videos.

There is a slight step down in video capture capability, but the price, ease of use, and (most of all) form factor easily make up for it in my opinion. I'm a helicopter pilot and use the camera on my helmet, attach it in the cockpit and all over the outside of the helicopter. Having a smaller, simpler functioning cam is key for me when I'm flying because I don't need something complicated and bulky taking my attention away from flying. Only drawback that I see is the lack of protection on the lens as opposed to the full sized models.

Great GoPro for the Average Joe

I used while snorkeling in Mexico on a cruise and I have nothing bad to say about it. You will need to get a micro SD card as it doesn't have any internal memory. I recommend SanDisk extream.

Perfect Vehicle Monitoring Camera!!!

It worked out so well that this customer is doing her other vehicle as well. I tried two other brands before realizing that this camera was perfect for the job. - A:Answer Depends on your needs... I love the Hero 4 sessions because it's very compact but very powerful. Here's my review on it... This camera has been a dream. I'm an action news photojournalist and push this camera to it's limits in every way... light/dark, heat/cold, dry/wet. It has come in especially handy when I need to stick a camera under water in hurry. It's become my go-to camera in most situations. As for the reviewer who says "doesn't work most of the time", he/she obviously didn't read the directions. It is a very dependable camera and I'm planning on acquiring more. The new app features allow us to quickly pull 15 & 30 sec clips to post to social media to alert our followers of breaking news situations with quality video from the scene right out of the camera. 100% of this cat rescue footage in this news piece was shot with the GoPro Hero4 Sessions: http://psn911.us/2015/09/01/cat-mini-cooper-rescue/ **no... - A:Answer You can switch fairly easily as long as you don't have gloves on its a very small button on the back of the camera that lets you cycle, I personally have not used the photo mode because it is much easier to grab a still photo from your video, if you are taking alot of still photos I would suggest an underwater camera. I mainly use the Hero for Video and I have a Sony DSC-TX30 for underwater Stills and that takes amazing underwater pictures, It also has a Video mode in which you can click stills simultaneously while videoing although the battery dies pretty fast while taking lots of video so I got the HERO Session for my future videos
