When stopped at a red light or whatever and you just want to stand over your bike, the curved top tube of the frame presses into your crotch in a very uncomfortable way. I would only buy the step-thru model. Do not buy the step over unless you're at least 6' 2". I am 5' 10" and the family jewels weren't happy. Very bad frame design.

Didn't work out of the box. Needs a new motor/wheel and is on backorder. Using it as a paper weight right now. Shipping was horrendous, took quite a long time to get. I ordered another bike on the same day, got it in 5 days. GoTrax took 3 weeks. Now, it's just sitting in my garage not working. Customer service is very slow.
