It can't be expected that a car this size and this inexpensive, is going to be super hi-tech or NASA quality precision craftsmanship. All in all though, it drives ok and my kid enjoys it. The buttons on the remote are a little stiff, but even my 1 year old can get it to move around.

The RC car connects to the remote control and siphons power from the 2 AA batteries in the remote to the car's electronics. The power is temporarily stored in the car's electronics and allows for several minutes of run time. It should only take a max of 5 minutes to re-charge the unit.
