The instructions for set up were too small to read, unless you have a microscope. When I was unable to get the item to work properly, I took the radio to a technician. He could not get the radio to work either. Neither of us could read the instructions ... and he used a small magnifying glass.

I have had two Grace Digital products. Fortunately Best Buy did the right thing replacing the first one when it fried itselt. One of the switches on the replacement failed within 6 months. When I called the "support" organization they refused to send me a new one in exchange for a return of the old one. Their product is one of the best examples of cheap product design.
