The first one we ordered had a crack and the doors did not line up. We had the inconviniece of driving 45 miles one way to have it shipped back. The new one looks like it should and does a great job making snow cones. Maybe they should have the items inspected before shipping. Let's see at $.56 a mile x 90 they owe me $50.40.

This was the second order of this item. The first time I ordered this it was damaged in transportation & returned, but worked well. This order was ok upon arrival but didn't process the ice correctly so also returned
