And with the Link app, family members will receive an alert on their smartphone in the event of an emergency. A step tracker measures your daily step count to monitor your health and fitness goals. You will also receive daily health tips on your smartphone. It can be worn on your wrist or around your neck on the specially designed Fall Detection lanyard. And it's water resistant so you can even wear it in the shower.
