Range to phone may not be great but she always has the phone in her walker beside her anyway...it just in case she falls and cant reach the phone. No monthly fee as we already have the emergency notification plan on my mom’s Jitterbug Smart 2 phone plan (which is great for those wanting a smart phone but doesn’t like the size of the icons or is too technical). Phone was only $25 so even if battery life is short, it is still a good product.

Often times in a situation such as those you might not be able to reach a family member a daughter her husband and son etc. but with a lively wearable to mobile medical alert plus there is no reason to worry that you cannot reach someone in any situation.
