I bought the product and used it for a week then one evening reaching for it to connect it found out the tip was missing.

So it seems that lightning cables are well named -- they seem to go bad like lightning. My frustration mounts as the pile of old and faulty lightning cables grows. Plus, they are never long enough, which makes it frustrating when the plug is halfway across the room. Enter the Griffin 10' cord! Sturdy: it is superior to the others I've tried, whether they were expensive or cheap. Long: when I'm on call and get middle-of-the-night calls, it will stretch across the bed as I fumble for a pen or the light. In all, I recommend this! I plan to get another!

This charger is great! I love that it has a thick chord so it's not easy to break. I was spending so much money on chargers it was ridiculous. I have had this one for some months now and no issues, no shortage, nothing. It's also comes in long lengths which is awesome because no one wants to be posted by the socket because your chord doesn't reach.
