Guardians of the Galaxy [Includes Digital Copy] [3D] [Blu-ray] [Blu-ray/Blu-ray 3D] [2014]

I have been waiting for the 4K Blu-ray version of GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY in what seems like forever! And here it is ... finally in my hands! This is one of the most entertaining and enjoyable chapter installments in the current Marvel Cinematic Universe. I had it’s sequel in 4K before this one ever came out in 4K HDR. Colors are bolder- more lively. And the sound coming out through my Dolby Atmos surround sound system is out of this world. Awesome!!!

When I saw this steelbook image made available to the foreign market, I had hoped something similar would be made available for the fans in the U.S. Thanks to Best Buy, not only do we get this amazing steelbook set which is my favorite so far, but we get it all at an amazingly low price! Collectors know as there were eager fans lining up before the store opened upon its release date and the limited steelbooks were quickly grabbed up! These easily sell on the secondary market for almost triple the retail price! A hit movie, a beautiful steelbook, an amazing HD transfer with beautiful details and color that pop..! This is truly a steelbook set worthy of being in The Collectors collection!

Guardians Of The Galaxy is another summer blockbuster movie by Marvel Studios. What happens when you take a Space Outlaw, a Green Assassin Girl, an Overgrown Brute with a Vendetta, a Genetically Engineered Talking Raccoon & a Walking Tree with a 3 word vocabulary? A non-stop action/comedy that will entertain you from start to finish. A must own.

The movie was great. The steel case is sturdy. The only thing I did not like was the cardboard description of the movie that is attached on the back of the case. Because that cardboard has a flap that goes to the front of the case and the flap does not stay steady.

This is one of my favorite GOTG purchase thus far. The steel book looks like the Walkman from the movie which shows the "Awesome Mix Vol. #1" tape. This was a hot item and I was lucky to get a copy. If you are a collector, I would highly recommend picking this up if you can. Blu-Ray 3D/Blu-ray/Digital HD price was a steal. I only hope that more stock become available for other GOTG fans - the release was toooo limited.

this movie is a very good entertaiment for the hole family about a group of people that have to take care of the hole galaxy and it is very funny

The Gardians of the Galaxy were a third string kind of comic book for the Marvel group. They were fun, Star Lord being especially memorable. This movie brings forth the best out of the comic run. It has strong side characters and a great story line. This reminds me of the treatment the Avengers movie got. If you liked that you'll like this movie. It takes a rough stone and turns it into a sparkling gem.

A lot of people didn't know how to take this space opera initially. Is it a space flick? A comedy? A heart felt pean to old songs? Monsters, ne'er-do-wells, strange characters, talking foxes and living trees?!? Yes! It's all that and so much more! Acting is tongue-in-cheek, but sincere for characters, heroes & bad guys! See it!! Not a real spoiler: they're already going to produce a sequel!
