H&R Block tax software has been our go-to for the past decade. It is easy to use, although sometimes it doesn't do a very good job explaining the details about a particular facet of the tax code. Often it just redirects you to the government website, or another article that isn't very informative. If you don't have a lot of complications like rental properties or complex business finances, the Deluxe edition is perfectly adequate.

We've been using this software for several years now. Works great! Makes doing both state and federal taxes easy. Imports all the data I need, and informs me when the IRS has accepted my online submission. This one includes fee free federal filing. I typically print and mail my state forms after completion to save a few bucks. Free audit support if I need it, and it reviews my work to reduce or eliminate any mistakes. Overall, a great product!

This is my third time downloading the H&R Block software to complete both my Federal and state returns. The update process at the start was quick and easy. I also like being able to to choose option to import last year's data as a sure time saving feature. No complaints.
