I needed a high quality rice cooker that could handle sticky rice, whole grain rice or whatever else I threw at it. This does the job nicely. I haven’t had a bad batch yet and have been using it for only 3 months. The only thing I would warn of is that if you haven’t used this type of cooker before, be aware that it can take 30-40 minutes for your rice to cook so plan your timing accordingly
