Fun to put together and works as a Catapult. Main winding rod should have been slightly longer.

My 6 year old and I have had a lot of fun building this. He assembled huge chunks of it myself without help. Very easy to follow instructions but more difficult than lego. We've had a lot of fun flinging things across the house and it helps us learn about things like velocity. Well worth the investment.

My son loves playing with Legos but is rarely challenged by their building instructions so me and my wife decided to purchase this and see how he did with it. He was excited that it was a catapult and it gave him a little bit of a challenge like we wanted it too. (I had to help him put the rubber bands on correctly) . He loves to bring this out at random times and fling ping pong balls at us.
