Hisense 55U7N 4K TV BEAUTIFUL for Price

Colors are natural and popping. Blacks are excellent with hundreds of active zones optional in programming. Love the blue light filter option to protect eyes and enabling it allows even more accurate colors. The default settings are almost optimal. All i had to do for personal preference was increase red level a couple clicks and move focus up close to full. The built in 20 Watt sub optionally raised to full plus 10 Watts each Left and Right channels in stereo sounds full set to music settings. Can optionally be hooked by SPDIF optical to a surround sound amp if you absolutely have to shake buildings. A great picture, good motion and game ability though having a narrower prime viewing angle than extremely high cost sets make this a great bedroom/play set. Best picture ever short of OLEDs with those at 3X the price. These mini QLEDs should last longer anyway with no screen burn in. This Hisense makes sense for the money with accurate upscaling my DVDs look like BluRays and BluRays are close to perfect. P.S. Set the TV to factory reset in the System Options before preliminary programming. This setting is very close to optimum if you're not one inclined to fine tune.

    Highly Recommended TV

In the beginning was very nervous about getting a tv that wasn’t Samsung or LG due to past experiences. However, I decided to give Hisense a chance since their prices seemed to always run better than most. After comparing the specs between this and the others I’m extremely happy I went with the Hisense. This tv in particular has been excellent! I’m a big gamer so the HDR10+ really improved the graphics more than I had expected. Watching 4k movies or sports live has also been an improved experience for me as well. The sound on the tv is excellent with it having a sub built into it already. Safe to say I don’t miss my Samsung tv at all. This is definitely a level above what I was looking at and for a better price. Highly recommend it!

eARC input is actually on HDMi 1, not HDMI 3

Sufficiently bright in a bright room, though lacking the wow factor of top tier models, not that it's fair to compare to 2-3x more expensive options, 144hz variable refresh rate at 4k on inputs 3 and 4, HDMi 2.0 on 1 and 2. AMD freesync premium pro works great with xbox series x. Legit 4k 120hz, with all the options in the xbox settings general TV details confirmed as supported. Use HDMI 3 for the xbox and HDMI 1 as the eARC to the receiver. The item photos show eARC on HDMI 3, but that's not what you get. Only on HDMI 1 which is only HDMI 2.0, max 60hz. Build quality similar to entry level Kia. It's not the worst looking TV in any way, but it functions pretty good on most metrics.
