I'm a 67-year-old retiree that spends quite a bit of my time watching YouTube, Netflix and playing a few games on Xbox One. The first thing that grabbed my attention was how bright and clear the picture was, I upgraded my Netflix to 4K to get every bit of picture quality I could from that format. When I was playing Destiny on the Xbox I did notice a small amount of lag but I switched the TV mode to gaming and it made all the difference necessary to say goodbye to the lag I did experience, and I loved the picture brightness that gaming mode gave me that it's the mode that works for all my watching. I had a 3D 55" Sony before this 65" Hisense. I had a sound bar so I could hear a little better but with the 65" it also comes with larger speakers and I'm so impressed with the basic sound quality and a high level if needed. I generally can listen at a level between 25- 35 but it does depend on what source your watching, some need a higher level and it goes up to 100. The only thing I didn't care for was that it only comes with 3 HDMI's, I needed 4. But today 12/21/18 I just purchased my 2nd. 65" Hisense but upgraded to the H9E Plus and it does come with 4 HDMI's and I'm going to put this one in my wife's TV watching area because she only needs 3 HDMI's. I guess that's all I have to offer as a review for this H8. So now I guess I'll be a 3 Hisense TV household, Two 65's for entertainment and one 39" H5D that's used on a CCTV system, and once again a perfect picture.

I got this Hisense 65” smart 4K TV at a great price during a one day sale. I actually hadn’t expected too much since I had never heard of this brand, as I was updating a Samsung. I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clear 4 K picture with incredible audio (even without any additional speakers)

Took a chance and bought a TV that was just released with no reviews , this replaced my Samsung 60" HD tv , Out of the box setup was easy connected to wifi easly and updated software right away , picture is very nice with tweaking to my preference , If you watch something like Sesame Street the colors are amazing regular tv is ok , I did notice some motion blur that was easly ajusted in motion settings, I'm also using this with a X Box One S and play has been good no issues . So for the price point $749 it's a nice tv if you really want a bang you'll need to spend more, I did purchase Geek Squad just to guarantee my investment.
