J.D. Power 2021 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study.

Best Buy ranks highest in customer satisfaction among appliance retailers, according to the J.D. Power 2021 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study, released July 22, 2021.

The 2021 U.S. Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study is based on 21,477 evaluations from customers who purchased home appliances from a major appliance retailer in the past 12 months. The study was fielded from January through April, 2021.
