J.D. Power 2019 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study
Best Buy ranks best in customer satisfaction with appliance retailers for a third consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2019 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study, released July 10, 2019.
Now in its 12th year, the Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study measures customer satisfaction with appliance retailers. The study is based on responses from 2,028 customers who purchased major home appliances from a multiregional appliance retailer within the previous 12 months. The study was fielded in January 2019.
Best Buy received the highest score in five study factors:
- Delivery & Installation Service
- Sales and Promotion
- Sales Staff and Services
- Store Facility
