J.D. Power 2020 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study.
Best Buy ranks highest in customer satisfaction with appliance retailers for a fourth consecutive year, according to the J.D. Power 2020 Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study, released July 8, 2020.
The 2020 U.S. Appliance Retailer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 1,926 customers who purchased appliances from a major appliance retailer in the past 12 months. The study was fielded in January 2020.
Best Buy received the highest score in five study factors:
- Sales and Promotion
- Sales Staff and Service
- Delivery and Installation Service
