I placed an online order for the Geek Squad to determine the reason my wi-fi was so spotty in my house after purchasing a NETGEAR Nighthawk router from our local Best Buy. I tried to schedule the appointment and after numerous transfers I was told someone would call me back. They did call me back today and was told it would be a week before anyone could come out a week from tomorrow, and they would need a 4-hour window with no pre-call opportunity so I can stay at work until a technician arrived. I asked for a refund. It is still showing on my online account.

I am a senior citizen and while I use the computer daily I am technologically challenged when problems develop. I decided to use the Geek Squad to improve my wi fi home network and to set up my own modem. I couldn't be happier with the choice. It was a delight to watch them spend two hours to set up a new router and my own modem and make sure things worked properly. I couldn't have done it myself.
