This game has an even shorter singleplayer campaign then the COD series, around 5 hours at best! This is unacceptable and a terrible trend in games today, of course this game is multiplayer centric and that has issues of it's own, just check out the STEAM forums. Also, the retail version is only half the game, you need to install steam and download the other half so the purpose of buying the retail box is redundant and quite ridiculous. LAME. Will wait till this game is in the bargin bin. You have been forewarned.

I'm not sure if I'd pay for this at full price, but at a discount, it's a decent amount of content. The game runs fine on both my computer and laptop. Requires Steam.

Homefront got a really bad critic response when it came out. But if you ask me, this is great game. The story is short like Call of Duty, but it's really fun. The 32 player online is really awesome, and the hard level is a healthy challenge. I like alternate futures relating to North Korea or Korean War, and this has that Red Dawn feel to it. Don't listen to those Negative Ned critics of this game, it's fun! And apparently really cheap now.

I am warning anyone not to buy it! As the other post says very short single person game. The multi person game looks great but plays like the thrown together game it is. While the maps are huge, all the objectives, three of them, are in the middle around 60 yards appart from each other in a line. Sniping is pointless as all modes have kill cam so your target can hunt you down ASAP after the kill. Bottom line, this game is a cheap advertisment for the "Red Dawn" remake. STAY AWAY.
