beautiful design, perfect size, sleep white noise

Only complaint is that there's an optional third filter S that is advertised on the machine label and manual but honeywell do not yet make them as of yet.

||Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.I am very satisfied with my Honeywell HEPA air purifier. It cleans the air as indicated. I have two cats in the home, and this purifier does the job. I usually keep it in the living room, which is a rather large area room (living room and dining room combined). The cool air is also a plus. It's quiet when in a low setting. However, the sound from the high setting does not bother me. Highly recommended product!!

My wife, who struggles with night time asthma and clogged noses, has seen an improvement in her condition with this unit in the bedroom. Clearly it works, even thought I have no visual proof (I can't see the air particles). But, considering my wife's improved condition, I can say that I am happy with this purchase.

But, for what it's worth, we haven't had any COVID spread occur at our business! This also has cut back on the amount of dust settling on surfaces.

||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.After six weeks use purifier seems to be doing what I purchased it for. It will take a longer period to determine health benefits. Currently it is sitting under a long narrow table beside a hot air register in my den apparently doing its job. I do not move it from room to room. It is so quiet I forget it is there.

- A:Answer We tried a different air purifier (from another site) that really bothered my breathing and emitted a sweet smell. Researched, found the UV light was generating ozone, and that can irritate lungs. Had to return. This air purifier does not have a UV light component and really helps. I have significant respiratory impairment and am very sensitive. By comparison to the first air purifier we tried, I would say no, you should not have to be concerned about ozone with this Honeywell model. Better for breathing, better for the planet.

Q: QuestionHow well does this purifier work for eliminating cooking odors? Our exhaust fan does not vent outside so I need something to help prevent/eliminate lingering odors.

- A:Answer My purifier works really well when someone is cooking. Turn it on while you are cooking. It sucked like the oil odor, purify it and then clean air you will inhale. In other words, the air purifier is a huge help to make a clean air that lingers inside of your house. I have actually 2 air purifiers in my house. I run them both for 2 - 4 hours depending what kind of food I am cooking.

Q: QuestionWhat is the CADR for this model (Honeywell Insight 190sq.ft)? I am looking for a unit that has at least 300 CADR and has a true HEPA filter. If I can avoid going to the next model up from this that Honeywell offers (500sq.ft.) that would be good.
