I've had the tower for about a month now. It has been a total life saver for me on those way-too-hot days on the top floor of my building. The fact that it comes with a remote (I didn't realize this at the time of purchase) is a lazy man's dream come true. I can lounge around and control everything without having to get up, which is important when the weather is hot and sticky. The oscillation has a flexible range and the fan speeds range from a pleasant breeze to a refreshing constant blast of wind. I've been extremely pleased with this fan, and I've been thinking about getting another for a different room. Can't go wrong!

Fits perfectly in my room and does an amazing job keeping it cool with the aid of the A/C. Even at the highest setting, it's not too loud. Love that it has a remote as well as an 8 hour timer.

So I bought this for my wife who, due to medical and health issues, experiences a lot of hot flashes. We looked at electric cooling pads but that was going to cost over $1K. I purchased this fan for her to use at night, hoping it would help keep her cool and keep us from having to spend the $$$ on electric cooling pads for the bed. It has been a life saver for her. There are several different levels that she can have it at, even one level that cools the air it is passing through. Since getting this fan for her, she has been able to finally sleep at night comfortably and uninterrupted. Our Electric bill has gone from over $300 a month down to around $120. Before the fan she had to keep the house air conditioner down to 65-64 degrees to try helping her keep cool when hot flashes arrived. Now it is up to 70 degrees in the house and she uses the fan when she needs to. It is very quiet so when we are sleeping, even at the high setting it does not wake me or her up. The remote control with it makes it even easier for her to control without having to get up and push the buttons. It oscillates very well and does everything it claims at an amazing rate. It is very portable and we take it every where whether spending the night at friends house or families up north. Just throw it in the trunk and good to go. She has it on pretty much 24/7 and again our electric bill has considerably dropped since using this fan and saving on A/C. It is very easy to set up and so far it has been a life saver both for my wife and my wallet. The price for this is nothing for all it can and does. Whether looking for a fan to help keep you cool on hot days or due to medical issues or just looking for something to move the air around a room, this fan is the perfect one to get and I would and will recommend it to anyone who asks me or is looking for advice. You won't go wrong with this fan and I would choose it again over any other fan, even the $300-$500 fans which I originally was looking at. This fan has more options and abilities than those fans. If looking for a fan, no need to look further than this. Save you $$$ from the expensive fans and just get this one. This will do as good a job and in several aspects even better. I am thinking of getting a second one of these as a backup just in case. :)
