Purchased this after moving into a rental home that I felt needed some serious cleaning and is all tile and hardwood floors. Picture shows the difference in two kitchen tiles. Even after mopping, it was gross. The handheld is amazing for window tracks, cirners, baseboards and small, hard to get to places. Best cleaning tool purchase I've ever made.

So far, so good. I’ve only used it once but I found it easy to use and it got the floor clean. I have three dogs and a new grand baby who’s crawling so have to keep the floors clean. Look forward to using this for many years to come.

Came well packaged, easy to assemble. I don't have pets but this does clean very well. Instructions were easy to read and understand. I have not tried it on my vehicles yet or any upholstery.
