Q: does the unit have an adjustable height brush roll?
A: No it does not. The brush can be turned on for carpet and off for hard floors, no adjustable height.
Q: How do I reconnect the rubber stretchy hoses?
A: Hi! No need to run out and replace your Air. Unfortunately there is no way to reconnect those hoses. Give our Customer Care Dept a call at 800-944-9200 so that we can better assist you with this. We'll make this right.
Q: My brush stops rolling in the middle of vacuuming
A: If that's happening totally return it or call/write the company. IMHO tithe vaccine is junk. I just got a fusion basic model. Hoover I've had 5 I wasn't even about to try a 6th it's like a bad car.
