Ordered a brand new vacuum cleaner, but received a used one, pictures attached. Customer Service did NOT offer a viable solution other than saying that I have to the vacuum cleaner into the store to receive a price adjustment or full refund. Why would you inconvenience a customer over something that was completely out of their control & caused by a warehouse mixup? The vacuum cleaner itself works well. Powerful suction and easy to change carpet pile settings. The vacuum cleaner does NOT have lights on it. That was an oversight on my part. If I would have known it, I would not have purchased this particular model. Dirt accumulates around hose at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner like it has some type of air leak.

This is a wonderful vacuum!! I have pets and it totally does the job of keeping my carpets clean!

It works excellent on our wall to wall carpets with pile, it got a lot of dirt out our old one didn’t. But it didn’t do as well on the flat area rugs. It’s a little heavy, but fine for our housekeeper (more difficult mor me because I’m 74!)
